Outline of the Paper
The scope of this paper - which is proposed for Phys Rev D - is to present the PWA of the pio-pio system in figures and tabular form but to stop short of doing a coupled channel analysis. Once the data and PWA results are published - further work can be done with K-matrix formalism - which does require modelling. We could also present results in concert with pio pio data from GAMS.
To the extent that issues can be addressed using the PWA results, the relevance of the pio pio PWA and any conclusions regarding: sigma, fo(980), fo(1300), fo(1500), fJ(1710) and fo(2230) will be included.
